Our vision

Nordic Wood Industries is one of Denmark's leading manufacturers and suppliers of wood-based materials and prefabrication for sustainable construction in Denmark and selected countries in Northern Europe.

At Nordic Wood Industries, we want to promote the use of wood-based materials in construction and make it easy for players in the construction industry to choose climate-friendly building materials.

The ambition of the group is to contribute to the government being able to meet its target of a 70% reduction in total CO2 emissions by 2030. The construction industry alone accounts for 30-40% of those emissions. Nordic Wood Industries wants to make it easy for industry players to choose climate-friendly building materials.

We do this first and foremost by offering customers and partners a larger product range as well as a broader and deeper competence profile, as our companies in the group have the breadth and the necessary specialist knowledge within sustainable wood construction.

The goal is for us to be able to document our share of CO2 emissions in each individual construction project, so that it becomes clear and transparent how, by choosing modern building materials, one can easily reduce CO2 emissions.
