Nordic Wood Industries is upgrading with a new Group Operations Manager

Simon Have Kjær joins on 1 February 2024 as the new Group Operations Manager at Nordic Wood Industries, which is one of Denmark’s leading producers and suppliers of wood-based materials and prefabrication for construction. Simon will be responsible for developing the automation and production of Nordic Wood Industries and the associated eight companies.

Simon has a background as a Business Development Engineer and has an HD in organization and management. Since 2016, he has been employed by Palsgaard Spær, which is part of Nordic Wood Industries, where he has actively contributed to the development of the company’s production systems and led investments in automation and efficiency improvements.

Privately, Simon lives in Bording near Ikast.
