Palsgaard Spær hires an experienced CFO
Jannie Hoffmann Skyum, aged 49, has joined as new CFO in Palsgaard Spær as of 1 July 2022 and will thus also join the executive board. With her, she has more than 20 years of experience as finance manager and manager from various industries, including construction. She most recently came from a position as CFO at the contracting company JFP.
It is an experienced profile that, from 1 July 2022, will have overall financial responsibility in Palsgaard Spær and will join the executive board as CFO. 49-year-old Jannie Hoffmann Skyum has more than 20 years’ experience as a CFO within, among other things, the renovation, production and construction industry, where she is now taking her next career step in the latter.
Among other things, Jannie Hoffmann Skyum has held positions as finance manager and co-owner of a manufacturing company, was finance manager in an energy group and CFO for six years at the module manufacturer Scandi Byg, which is a subsidiary of MT Højgaard. Most recently, she comes from a position in the contracting company JFP in Herning.

Jannie Hoffmann Skyum is a trained business economist at Aarhus Merchant School. In addition, she has an HD in accounting and has taken the management course at the Management Academy in Viby and studied a Mini-MBA at Probana Business School.

Jannie Hoffmann Skyum takes over the position from Bo Stampe, who as of 1 July 2022 takes over as CFO of the Nordic Wood Industries group, which in addition to Palsgaard Spær includes the companies Lilleheden, Roust Element, Roust Spær, Nviro – CBI Papiruld, Bisco Binder and Skandach Holzindustrie.
